Executive Recruiter, Content & Creative
- 6 month Contract to Hire (converting FTE/salaried)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Recruiter to join our Content & Studio TA Team. You will partner with business leaders leading our content creative, production, and strategy teams while aligning closely with our broader stakeholders in Talent, Compensation, and Legal. We are a fast paced organization and are seeking an experienced recruiter who can thrive and execute effective recruiting strategies while keeping candidate experience top of mind.
Core Responsibilities:
Search Execution:
- Own discovery (research), and engagement of search execution across various levels of (Coordinators - Directors) for our Content teams.
- Ability to deep dive into creative talent pools not prevalent on Linkedin
- Own searches full cycle or with a research partner
Partnership:
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their show dynamics and production needs
- Coach and advise hiring managers on recruiting approaches and strategies based on your growing knowledge of the talent market, compensation trends, and competitive landscape
- Stay highly aligned to Talent HRBPs to ensure a lock step approach with business and business needs.
Evaluate:
- Lead assessment of every stage of the recruiting process from initial screen through to offer stage, ensuring all involved parties are assessing against the role criteria and studio values in an unbiased and inclusive way
Offer negotiation:
- Partner with hiring managers to craft data and talent-informed competitiveoffers for our candidates while still being fiscally responsible with theproduction budget
- Work with candidate representation and partner closely with our legal teams on contract negotiations where applicable
Prioritize:
- Use best judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Own and juggle multiple roles and balance moving quickly with maintaining a stunning candidate experience and a high-quality inclusive recruiting strategy

Key Qualifications, Skills, and Specifications:
- Proven track record as a full-cycle recruiter, thriving in a fast-paced, production and development environment
- 15+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Executive Search experience required
- Adept at sourcing and attracting top-tier talent using various channels and tools outside of the norm
- Outstanding interviewing and assessment skills to identify high-potential candidates efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, building credibility with candidates and show stakeholders alike
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion and their importance when hiring
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
Compensation Range:
$ 100-120/hr W2 plus benefit options
